The Beaver County Building Better Businesses (B3) Program is a program for low-to-moderate income individuals who are looking to start a business, learn more about becoming an entrepreneur, or who currently operate a business and are looking for assistance with any number of topics.

The program is tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

New and Aspiring Entrepreneurs

The main program has a phase-based curriculum that new or interested entrepreneurs will follow to prepare for the early stages of their business. Participants will be placed in the phase that is appropriate to their level of business knowledge. This ensures that all individuals are working on what best suits their needs and business.

Current Business Owners

Participants who are current business owners will not be placed in the phase-based program, but will instead be directly catered to depending on their individual needs. During our initial meetings, we will determine the best course of action for the individual owners to take to meet their goals.

Workshops

Business workshops will be provided for those entrepreneurs and business owners who are looking to brush up on a particular skill set. Participating in workshops is a great option for those who have less time and would not be able to complete the regular program.

Workshops are open to all participants - including those in the regular program - at no cost.
