Downtown Revitalization Program
The Façade Improvement Program provides grant funds through the Community Development Program of Beaver County to downtown commercial buildings and/or business owners to renovate their storefronts.
As part of the comprehensive approach to downtown revitalization in Beaver County, the Façade Improvement Program specifically addresses the importance of the storefront and its crucial role in attracting customers and enhancing the physical appearance of the downtown area.
Business owners with buildings located on the main street of low-moderate income communities in Beaver County can earn a rebate of $20,000* for facade improvements to their main street property.

Businesses located along the main street of the following communities are eligible for the program:

If you are not located in one of these communities, but your main street building is suffering from slum and blight, your project may be eligible for the program.
*Approved applicants will receive 70% of their project costs in a rebate, up to a maximum amount of $20,000. Some buildings may be eligible for additional funding.
