The Community Development Program of Beaver County has many programs that benefit the low-mod communities in Beaver County.

We assist small businesses, micro-enterprises, non-profit organizations, community service organizations, local municipalities, aspiring entrepreneurs, and more.

Facade Improvement Program (FIP)

Business owners in towns that are part of the Main Streets of Beaver County program are eligible* to receive a rebate on improvements to the storefront.

EntrepreneurshipProgram

The Community Development Program funds an entrepreneurship program available to low-moderate income individuals interested in becoming an entrepreneur.

B3 Program (Building Better Businesses)

Low-to-moderate income small business owners and entrepreneurs in Beaver County can receive professional business consulting services with their business at no cost.
